Did my first workout this morning since I'm trying to get ready for new job which I start next month and I gained like 15 lbs since I left previous job. Felt amazing then 7pm hit. Yeah I feeling it now 🤣. Back to grind tomorrow at 5am. I finally got a work/life schedule that works. I can't make any excuses now why I can't lose the weight (and keep it off)

@Anouk I'd say I'm between 70-80% healed up definitely better than the 30% I felt I was then though so that's a plus

@Anouk and it probably didn't help that I'm already ticked that I gained 25lbs in less than 3 months that I've been out of work (I go back next month. I had a timing issue between jobs which landed me out of work so I used the time to heal from past injuries) but now I got 30 days to not feel like I'm gonna die going up and down stairs all day and I'm still not 100% injury wise. I'm a trainwreck in simple terms lol

@Anouk but in all seriousness. It started with a fb post and then it's like sharks smelled blood and it's like let's start with Timmah today. And if you know if your the one that starts it I'm the type to finish it . I think that stems from when I was a kid where I was the one who was bullied and I backed down quite a bit. Now as an adult, yeah , I turned into Tom Petty playing I won't back down 🤣🤣

Ok if y'all got any complaints about me let me have it. Since the time I've woke up this morning everyone's trying to start something 🤣 it is now almost 3pm and I've already been in 5 verbal sparrings since 6 this morning .

@LnzyHou thank you. I think this particular horse knew what was going on first it was doing it's thing and it didn't turn it's head and ya know when a horse gets spooked it will stomp it's feet first but I think it heard the clicking from the camera and turned its head

@CinnamonGirlE I need a bubble at this point. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm relatively healthy (I could improve on a few things but who can't) but as soon as I turned 44 (Oct 5) and got that concussion (Oct 22) it's been something every month. It's like things want receipts now up to that point lol

@LnzyHou last August. And I do wear glasses. Mainly for driving and reading. But this is why I won't wear contacts. Imagine what would happen the way my luck runs
