Did my first workout this morning since I'm trying to get ready for new job which I start next month and I gained like 15 lbs since I left previous job. Felt amazing then 7pm hit. Yeah I feeling it now 🤣. Back to grind tomorrow at 5am. I finally got a work/life schedule that works. I can't make any excuses now why I can't lose the weight (and keep it off)
