So I’m looking for an apartment and I’ve been on the Facebook marketplace and this is like the fifth or sixth one of these I’ve come across and it’s a three bedroom three bath house for $950 a month rent and it’s a scam because I almost fell for it. I got wise on another one I had looked at which was for $500 a month and they seemed legit until like they wanted the specific company to run my credit report and they wanted to charge me for it.

Was talking to a group of college students here in NC yesterday.

My 3 main takeaways from them were:

1) For the first time since Obama, the Dems are truly engaging young people, and that's why they will win.

2) Even Conservative students are exhausted by Trump and his nihilism and anger

3) Everyone knows Trump is nuts. At this point the best strategy is to stop focusing on his insanity and focus solely on the hope, positivity, and plans of Harris-Walz because people need that

Here is the playlist from my first show in 1980 on UTR (University of Toronto Radio), which was closed-circuit, not air-broadcast, at the time. The original plan was to do a history of rock 'n' roll but it ended up with each show being unrelated to the others. Not sure why I didn't play Little Richard, while having so much Elvis!
The show was on September 30th and within 10 weeks John Lennon was dead, having been shot on Dec. 8th (the date in New York City).
