I remember reading something about this, I just don't see howit gets past the CORRUPT Robert's/ Harlan Crow SCOTUS..
Because all elections are run by the states. And this is a state initiative.
The supreme Court has absolutely nothing to do with it.
If there is a court battle, it will get no higher than the state Supreme Court.
And so far, no one has filed a state suit against it where it has already passed.

What we do have time for. Is the national popular vote initiative.
The bill will take effect when enacted by states possessing an additional 65 electoral votes.
That's all we need. It has also passed at least one legislative chamber in 8 states possessing 78 electoral votes.
