@WhoopassGirl There's definitely an art to it. My problem is I just wing it and cut corners, usually relying on tasting as I go and adjusting as necessary. That doesn't really fly when it comes to baking.
First time I tried making cupcakes, I wanted to make the birthday kind with little colored spots in it, I thought they added little drops of food coloring into the batter as they were mixing it, so I added a bunch of different colors.
Ended up with dark vomit green bread clumps.😬

@WhoopassGirl Successful baking is toot-worthy. I'm a terrible baker, I screwed up making Jell-O once. I can cook but not bake, it's very easy to mess up.
Wish I couldn't see my nipples through this shirt. I mean I'm glad everyone else can, I just wish I couldn't.🤔
