@WhoopassGirl My guess is it has to do with the temperature of the water when you mix it. Like there's a very specific range of warm you want the water to be when you first add it. That's the only thing I can think of, I'm sure it's my issue as well.

@WhoopassGirl I'm at sea level but it's hard to make dough here for some reason. Definitely on the dryness though. Will try the applesauce next time for sure.
