@mcfate Hmm, interesting development then. I could see him committing suicide and then getting eaten. Stranger things have happened.

@mcfate Well this certainly true. Always be wary of someone who has a pig farm.

@mcfate @Klaatu_Veratta_Nectarine Nah, I'm not saying lines are bad, they're absolutely necessary. It's how the lines are reinforced I take issue with is all. Speaking in generalities, yeah, but that's the jist of what I'm getting at.

@mcfate I found it weird that he could've decomposed into skeletal remains in such a short amount of time. Not that I know anything about that process but I feel like if he killed himself it would be obvious.

@Klaatu_Veratta_Nectarine The lines are drawn to the whims of those who draw them, much to the detriment of everyone else. Also the line can be moved by them whenever they see fit to. It's their line, we just have to abide by it.

@mcfate @Klaatu_Veratta_Nectarine Yup. All depends on which side of the line you're on. People focus too much on who's on the other side of it rather than paying attention to the line itself, why it's there and what purpose it serves.

@mcfate Agreed. Even if you steal someone's gun to prevent them from committing a crime with it, two wrongs don't make a right, as they say.

@netspionage Obfuscation of information. The system moves so slowly that the people responsible will be long-since dead if/when the truth ever came out.

But history is written by the victor, and nearly all of our educational texts are printed in Texas, one of the last states we should be learning from.

Behind every fortune is a crime, as they say.

@netspionage "How To Make It Look Like An Accident, And Other Cat Thoughts"

I don't aim to please, I don't aim at all.

@netspionage Kinda funny how America was largely against joining the war until Pearl Harbor seemingly came out of nowhere for no reason and made America bloodthirsty for the Japanese.

Kinda like how America went from zero to islamophobic overnight after 9/11 to spurn the public into wanting to go to war with an as yet unknown enemy. "We don't know who the culprit is but he looks like this".

@JailTheTrumps Same. But only if who I was advising was someone worth the counsel. Just wish the seats didn't carry so much power with them, with little to no accountability for their decisions.

@JailTheTrumps Indeed, unfortunately we have like 6000 years of recorded history showing how power is wielded and the character of those who inevitably wield it. We live in a world where war and hate and pandemics are very profitable, turns out. Until we elect people who also support peace rather than use the sentiment to win elections, things won't change. Seems like the people who should be holding offices seldom seek them out.

@Old_Dave @shiloh Tucker Carlson would interject before the countdown finished.

@JailTheTrumps Yup, that's the game. Stupid angry people make the best puppets. Gotta make them WANT to go to war. I support our troops, I just don't support the ones giving the orders.

@JailTheTrumps This is what a country that deliberately undermines its own education system looks like. A bunch of dumb shits with guns.
