FML. School starts next week, and our county (in one of the "good" states) is now at the highest case level of the pandemic. Wife's pretty adamant about the kids going, even though remote is an option. Our youngest can't get the jab yet, and I'm terrified of them or one of their vaxxed siblings bringing it into the house. Maybe if I enlist one of our lawyer friends to come by and update our wills, that'll emphasize my level of concern. :(

I enjoy pointing out to people that it's been settled law for over a century now that the government can order you to get a vaccination in a public health emergency.
The Supreme Court decision in Jacobson v Massachusetts predated the Spanish Flu pandemic by more than a decade.

Anyone who's considering throwing away their iPhone because of their proposed CSAM "scanning" should probably feel impelled to avoid CoSo, too.
CoSo does exactly what Apple's is proposing. It's right in the terms and conditions.

On #2 and #3: it sounds as if someone other than yourself is using your credentials for healthcare. I definitely would look into this further. Itโs been awhile since I heard about this and I donโt remember specifics but such a thing is possible if they have some of your identifying information. Check your health insurance EOBs online to see if any claims have been filed you have not personally approved.
