Honestly me too but the girls had a big falling out with their Dad almost ten yrs ago, so I kinda chalked that up to bad luck, but now I have a friend going through it and it just breaks my heart for her. And I know her kids know how much that hurt when it happened to me so I’m extra disappointed they’re making these choices

Y’all I can’t understand how kids these days can just up and stop talking to their families once they’re grown. I could see it if they had been abusive parents, (speaking from experience in that instance), but these are pretty decent parents I’m seeing have their kids walk right out of their lives. I just don’t get it. Don’t they realize how cruel it is to do that? And I know in one case the kiddo is generally a kind and considerate person, but they just up and completely blocked their mom 🫤

Hello COSO loves, it’s been a while but hope everyone is doing well. I made it through my big work deadline so I may find more time to visit more often now. Thanks for the smiles and kindness I see here when I have previously been able to randomly pop in for a few mins. Love you all!

I’m feeling hopeful… saw my first ever car charging at our first ever local charging station today. I feel like my little part of Georgia’s heading towards the future.

Also, I saw a bald eagle flying down our river yesterday!!! I’m hoping it’s one of the ones released a few years back and it’s adopting our area as its territory. I’ll be keeping my camera ready from now on since I couldn’t snag a pic this time.

I’m so tired but can’t sleep. Kiddo brought home a cold, not Covid, thankfully and it seems his Daddy has started getting it by the sound of his snoring 😏 and the tickle in the back of my throat doesn’t bode well either.

Counting my blessings it’s not Covid though! Hope everyone has a great day wherever and whenever you are. Cheers!

Hi everyone, long time no talk. I’ve been having lots of productive moments away from social media. 😊
I’m working on a data project for GA municipal races. The data we collected in ‘19 helped other groups target a couple hundred and flip 50 local races. If anyone is interested in doing internet research and making calls to learn who qualified (& help keep GA blue) pls ping me. We are looking for help the week of 8/23. All you need is a device that runs Google sheets and a web browser.
