Y’all I can’t understand how kids these days can just up and stop talking to their families once they’re grown. I could see it if they had been abusive parents, (speaking from experience in that instance), but these are pretty decent parents I’m seeing have their kids walk right out of their lives. I just don’t get it. Don’t they realize how cruel it is to do that? And I know in one case the kiddo is generally a kind and considerate person, but they just up and completely blocked their mom 🫤

Honestly me too but the girls had a big falling out with their Dad almost ten yrs ago, so I kinda chalked that up to bad luck, but now I have a friend going through it and it just breaks my heart for her. And I know her kids know how much that hurt when it happened to me so I’m extra disappointed they’re making these choices
@StarlightEmber Yes it's devastating. I didn't abuse mine. They had it rather good. Now it's like they don't know me.
