Y'all, I almost gave in and did a post about something the new admin is doing I don't like. I sat here with it all written out and a warning and everything.

OMG it was so hard to delete, but now that it's behind me, I'm so glad I did. I'm sticking to my engage locally plan for the sake of my health. And now my heart rate is lower & calm reigns.

I hope everyone finds their own best ways through the next few years and we come out the other side.

@Minholkin I'm going to try to harness some of your excitement. I have a vision for a rearranging of multiple rooms in my house, which will also result in clearing out of junk and things we don't need. My ADD brain just wants to skip the doing part though and it's been distracting me with anything else to keep me from getting started

It's amazing how ADD works, I have the most amazing willpower in some cases and utterly none in others. Maddening yet hilarious at the same time sometimes

Today's happiness:

Killing it at work, laid the groundwork 5 months ago and now I have a full program launch scheduled for next quarter. Super exciting stuff!

My moms are proud of me, which is so lovely to hear both say in one day.

My bio mom is healing from her stuff and MIL is about to have surgery to take care of her thing. Hoping both are well by the holidays 🤞

Ok y'all my social media limit is about up, laying down my happy truths before I log off:

I am grateful a person I care deeply about went to the doc today and the prognosis was unexpected and treatable

I'm grateful to have a spouse who is a great partner in life and parenting even when spouse doubts themselves

Today's weather was utterly gloriously the perfect temperatures in the day and cozy enough but not too chilly tonight, what luck to get to go driving around in it 😊
