Y'all, I almost gave in and did a post about something the new admin is doing I don't like. I sat here with it all written out and a warning and everything.
OMG it was so hard to delete, but now that it's behind me, I'm so glad I did. I'm sticking to my engage locally plan for the sake of my health. And now my heart rate is lower & calm reigns.
I hope everyone finds their own best ways through the next few years and we come out the other side.

💛 Same here. I've lost count of the words I've typed and deleted today. I'm determined to reign in my feelings. We're going to need all our strength getting through the coming years.
