After I found my ex-husband's stepmother's brains between her mattress and box spring in 1996 and completely fell apart and his family eventually told me to suck it up and not dwell I started smoking again after 4 years quit.
Sandi would want me to quit smoking.

My mom didn't even bother with reverse psychology except for when it came to talking on the phone.
If she wanted me to hear about something important she'd mention it to someone on the phone because I heard EVERYTHING.

As I'm not an ex-smoker yet I want to be upfront with the process.
I am already coughing up junk out of my lungs.
I'm dizzy from increased oxygen to my brain.
I want to sit with my pickle lighter and smoke an entire pack in 3 hours.
It's not easy.
But no one really said that you can't use nicotine gum forever.

Nicotine gum is great.
However.
Between 7 and 10 pm I did the most smoking because by 7pm I have to pace the porch. Watch the sky.
Smoke.
Take pictures.
Inhale the smoke and the end of the day into myself.
I'm doing great all day. Until 7pm.
My husband told me that when he smoked while using gum to quit it jacked up his need for nicotine awfully.
So for now I suffer between 7 and 10pm.
That's fine.
