He also went so far in slandering Fauci, it *may* have crossed the line into being legally actionable. (May. The bar is very high.)

In the absence of an appeal to SCOTUS (pretty pointless given SCOTUS's rejection of Trump's past similar demands and the contemptuous ruling by Trump-appointed judges on the 11th Circuit) and any SOCTUS injunction (wasn't going to happen - see previous), Cannon has been forced to dismiss the orange maniac's lawsuit on the orders of the circuit court.
