In the absence of an appeal to SCOTUS (pretty pointless given SCOTUS's rejection of Trump's past similar demands and the contemptuous ruling by Trump-appointed judges on the 11th Circuit) and any SOCTUS injunction (wasn't going to happen - see previous), Cannon has been forced to dismiss the orange maniac's lawsuit on the orders of the circuit court.
