Egg white bake is done. I didn’t cover it fast enough so top got a little browner than I would have liked. But overall tastes pretty yummy.

Now off to cook the veggies down before I prepare the pan. It’s exhausting being healthy lol. But it is so worth it 💪

I feel for the vegans as their prep is a lot more than mine.

Morning CoSo Fam….meal prep ain’t no joke. That’s all I have been doing this morning. And I’m not even done yet. So far I made two turkey breasts and cut up, boiled dozen eggs and peeled, cut up peppers and onions and I still got to boil shrimp. And it’s only 11amET lol.

I’m making an egg white bake with veggies (spinach tomatoes mushrooms onions and peppers).

I just don’t understand people any more. So it’s been relatively on the warmer side here. It’s nice outside the house but no breeze coming through windows. But my landlady shut the A/c (I have central air). So I don’t complain (I just pay rent 🙄) I just put my fan on at night and go to bed. So this morning she calls me and tells me “Patti please don’t be mad at me but the A/c broke & need a piece & it’ll take 2-3 weeks”. She knew about this since at least Monday but never bothered to tell me 🤦‍♀️

The Judicial System is a joke in our country. Puffy in jail but Cheetos ain’t. Puffy on suicide watch now. Only people I feel bad for are his twin daughters with Kim. And I do feel bad for Al B Sure because I am wondering if Puffy kept him away from his biological son with threats. We do know he got beat up by Puffy’s men at one point so it isn’t too far fetched to think that.

It’s been one looonnnggg day that is for sure. The city is a madhouse cause UN in town. I am dreading next week like you have no idea. I have to go in as it’s not an option.

First bus didn’t come as traffic is insane. Had to wait 30 min for next one that I’m on now. So let’s see how long I’ll be on here. I think I’m gonna close my eyes and listen to music and dream of a nice relaxing and quiet place to go on vacation

@purrrism the girl at work (41) hit it. I mistook her for being pregnant and OMG I felt just awful as I didn’t think she was old enough to hit it yet. She was taking hormones to elevate her levels. Now she is so skinny, I was like damnnnn. Menopause SUCKS for woman. Another crappy thing we gotta deal with. Uggh.

@purrrism @pendrag well it never hurts to keep an eye out if something great comes along. As I’m sure at this moment they are all thinking the same thing. I’m glad you weren’t one of the “chosen” ones but the stress from now till then is going to be challenging to say the least. I wouldn’t focus on it and continue working but keep looking. If you have friends in competing worlds, put feelers out and let them know if something opens up to keep you in mind.
