Making #MacAndCheese with a wheel of Brie, so if I die at least I died well.

@Patti1120 I don't really do pics but it has a smooth creamy taste. Used a melt mix for the other cheese, so complimented well. I cooked it a little longer than I should have, so sauce reduced more than I wanted but was fine over all.
The Brie did overpower the bacon in it though, which was a first.
For spice I used white pepper, cinnamon & nutmeg. Forgot the Worcestershire sauce though.

@Shadow298 sounds intriguing as I never thought of using Brie for Mac n cheese. I wonder if you had did some panko crunchy topping, would that have made a difference. 🤔
@Patti1120 I didn't put any bread crumbs on but wouldn't have made much difference other than texture. But you can try it.
Brie can make the sauce both creamy & a little sour, so not unlike adding some sour cream.
