Good morning groovy souls!

Dragging a bit but I am intent on going to the gym today. Coffee is almost done, and I'm about half way through the wake up routine.

Life continues ever onward. The leaves are turning rapidly here, in sure herald of winter, going from their verdant green to tinges of gold within days.

How quickly it all goes, one moment to another. Life happening by seconds like drumbeats.

May we make the most of them.

We're supposed to be at least 30 days out from the holiday season but you found a way...

First world problems? Maybe... But I feel like it goes to the larger "Greenwashing" problem where trying to pitch something as eco friendly is soley done to get sales. Mainly, dishonest marketing.

Plant based doesn't mean that there are no animal products. It doesn't mean that it's organic or healthy. It's an industry term, not a regulated term (to the best of my knowledge.)

So what is it? It's marketing to say something is healthy when it may or many not be. It's manipulative.

As a vegan, when shopping for food, one of the most frustrating terms I run into is Plant Based.

It doesn't really tell anyone anything, and doesn't tell me if I can eat it, so I have to pause and google.

Oh big mood... BIGGEST mood.

I survived getting groceries!

Sometimes, I just get a little overwhelmed being out there. I remembered to breathe and center, and let the anxiety spike pass.

Humans are scary. Just saying...

Oh I am feeling lazy.

Good morning groovy souls!

I am alive!

It's been a whirlwind few days... My schedule is still off with the days events pressing in upon me.

But things are starting to settle. I've got camp established in the apartment I'm working to pack up, and I'm hoping, starting to night, I'll be able to adjust my schedule back to what is normal for me.

It's going well. I worked my fluffy tail off yesterday. Today, I'm thinking as much as I'd like to run, it might be better to focus on tasks at hand.

To those that are in the path of the storm, and those at risk, may the Gods keep you safe.

May our world heal.

I'm on the ground and back in Virginia (Yes, yes again!)

Thank you so much to the amazing @wolfwoman for hosting me last night and going to the trouble of transporting me here today.

I've made some truly amazing friends here on Coso, and many of you, like Wolife, have become true family.
