Good morning groovy souls! I had a glorious run this morning of a little more than 4 miles making my way along a canal and flour silo.
It’s been a glorious visit. Today I return to New York to see @Vozy . There is so much joy in this time.
Onward, toward the dawn!
Honestly my fellow cosonauts, I’ve had my joy on blast here but I mean it honestly when I say I think I’ve found a happiness these last few months I’ve never known before. I feel profoundly blessed to have so much and I want to help doing what I can to share it all. Service IS the path.
Being able to help and show up for people is joy.
I've had an amazing day attending a Sangha, and spending time with people I've been hoping to meet for a while
I know I haven't been on as much here. I miss you all. My absence is only temporary
Part of what has made this trip so memorable is meeting my fellow Cosonauts
It's just been incredible. This place has been a gateway to so much joy, and renaissance in my life
Thank you all for being a part of this wonderful turn.
It's very late, time to rest.
Onward, toward the dawn!
7.01 miles ran on a beautiful Monday Morning!
Trending faster, and my endurance is charging back. I'm making progress!
I had a wonderful time at Colonial Williamsburg. I visited George Washington's and Thomas Jefferson's church.
That was wild. Saw many good things and we only got started.
More for next time!
I got to end the day with another visit from @wolfwoman She is the raddest, and has a wonderful family.
It's time to rest groovy souls. Until tomorrow!
Onward, toward the dawn!
Good morning groovy souls!
It's a beautiful, if cloudy, Saturday out there!
I've got one more session in the gym before tomorrows rest day, and then we are off to Colonial Williamsburg. I think its going to be a most interesting day!
Next week, I will most likely be departing Newport News. It's going to shake up the routine further.
Every moment is the threshold of the next adventure. There is something to cherish in each instance of our being.
Onward, toward the dawn!
Good morning most groovy souls!
I came across some unexpected wisdom this morning. "A painting of a sunset is never as beautiful as a sunset, because its beauty is ephemeral, and ever changing."
It is the moment that makes such a thing beautiful, the now, knowing that it will never be that way ever again. To look upon a sunset or a sunrise, is to be present for a unique moment in all of time and space.
So too is this true in every moment of our lives, and the people we meet.
Head banging electrified rat time!
Midnight Danger- Reign of Fear
I think about this quote from Sagan a lot. It is profound to consider that we carry the legacy of star forges, supernova, and the beginning of creation itself in our physical bodies.
Particles and elements created in the first moments of being are part of us.
There is a constant hidden exchange going on, and even after we have gone, those same elements that made up our physical vessels will continue until the end of the universe.
Good morning groovy souls!
I am feeling quite fatigued today, in spite of solid rest last night.
It can be easy to get caught up in a productivity death spiral. I think many of us were raised with an idea that if we aren't pushing we're being lazy or failing.
But life is a journey, not a race. It's an adventure, as such it's a mix of slow times and fast times, hard times and good times, but all those times have meaning.
The ultimate meaning of being is to be. You are enough.
