yes, vicious veganism is to blame for our rampages🤣
@NiveusLepus You know your long eared critters. @holon42
@poemblaze @holon42 I have a motivated interest 🐇😎
gorgeous little one❤️
actually, rabbits are not totally vegan. in 🇨🇦, they are sometimes seen eating carrion in winter. survival invokes their rodent selves when greenery is gone.
I didn't know that. Yukky bunnies! Maybe I'll start leaving some of these around for the poor things. 🥕🥕🥕 😉
@holon42 rabbits are not rodents but lagomorphs. You are correct in a survival situation they will eat carrion but this has been observed only when starving. The meat is so hard on the digestive system it can shorten life span.
@NiveusLepus @holon42 Tried getting gif of Monty Python and the Holy Grail killer rabbit scene. Wouldn't load. Just imagine it's here.
i know. my thoughts immediately whenever i recall that fact. no video required 🤣🤣🤣
yes, i know about the distinction. just seems to me that there must be some latent rodent energies awakened in dire situations.
didn't know it was so hard on them. it must get really desperate to go there in that case. poor bunnies.
there's always sunflower seed and peanuts in my garden for them, so no need to eat the dead🙏🏻
@holon42 I apologize if my tone was bad there. It was not intentional.
How can we feed bunnies without squirrels getting to it first? I'm not against squirrels (just ask my friend Myrtle), but I would prefer if they shared nicely.
Thank you!!! This never occurred to me. If I can successfully feed the squirrels separately, maybe I have a chance at getting the birds and bunnies fed as well.
Looking up Timothy Hay Bales... 👍
I live in a rural area, so it should be easy peasy. 🐰
@LnzyHou Yes! I wonder about the below freezing temps, though. That's where the hay bales seem to make the most sense. @NiveusLepus @holon42
no problem.✌🏽the information is good to know.
@NiveusLepus
