Morning Peeps,
LOVE...MAKE IT A QUEST
Ken-Dogger: Hey Georgio, you have a question?
Georgio: Naw...
KD: Your paws up, thought you had a question...
G: Okay, I was thinking, why do people hate?
KD: Lots of reasons, some peeps can't seem to find a place for their sorrow
G: I don't get it, there is so much love to give...
KD: I know, to me it's an orientation
G: To me, it's my quest...
People are people so why should it be? You and I get along so easily...Because we treat each as peeps.

Cold Heart (PNAU mix)
ON this date in 1756 - St. Patrick's Day was celebrated in New York City for the first time.
The event took place at the Crown and Thistle Tavern.
Bun Man and Mr. Purple, Irish by lineage, got in a little trouble w/ the bar owner when they kept going around to the lasses (who all said they were Irish that day) and asked "Would you like a little more Irish in ya today?"
Call them coarse, but ya gotta love these Boyz.
ON this date in 1958 - The Coasters recorded "Yakety Yak."
Loosely based on a story Bun Man told to Mr. Purple about his home life, the lines 'Just finish cleanin' up your room, Let's see that dust fly with that broom, Get all that garbage out of sight, Or you don't go out Friday night, Yakety yak, (Don't talk back)', were particularly poignant.
Given my recent foray into house domestic activity, I'm singing this song now too!!
BIG BALL HANDLERS
ON this date in 1917 - America’s first bowling tournament for ladies began in St. Louis, MO.
Almost 100 women participated in the event.
St. Louis Post reporters Bun Man and Mr. Purple covered the event, and the Boyz were thoroughly impressed w/ the skill and the competitiveness of the lassies.
Mr. P later told Bun, "Those women sure handled those big balls well..."
Bun replied "Yes they did, didn't they..."
