Things that Help Me through...

I try to remember where the hate comes from, it doesn't reside only in that person, it permeates the surroundings...

As I mediate that environment, I try to remember not to express my disappointment/sadness/depression/anger in any of the same ways.

When you have a thought, in this instance, it was looking at article titles and making the decision to read it based on the title with an obvious nod to my bias, but then...

After you have that thought, you come back to COSO and you look in the toot column and you see something a Naut has posted and you start reading that and almost totally forget your original thought.
