Patio Furniture, flower pots, bird feeders, lawn tools, put cars inside if you can to protect from flying objects, close any shutters, remove loose window boxes. Anything that can become a projectile.

i have a high-quality cooler that i pack up with sandwich stuff, anything that i might want to eat that will keep for a few days, and frozen water bottles-- so i don't have to open the fridge at all. the ice melts, that's drinking water if needed.
i also fill the fridge with frozen water bottles, as much ice as you can make/get.
don't forget to stock up on pet food too
