@Libnnc Water. Batteries. Cash. Candles. Snacks/Dry goods. A full tank of gas. Propane for grill/charcoal (you might be cooking on it if power is out)

East and Gulf Coast peeps, what are some hurricane preparedness tips you can share with folks new to this kind of disaster?

1. Fill your bath tub now with fresh water (you can use it later if your water goes out)

this simple 2 burner propane stove is what cooked all our meals when the power went out for 3weeks.

it had the optional adapter to connect 20lbs bottles. ( little camping cans are expensive and dont last long)

basic model costs under 100$, super easy to use, almost undestructible

My absolute favorite Toni Tennille with Dionne Warwick singing a Hall & Oates super hit. Divas killing it. Dig it.

@NaomiSkarzinski She's put out a couple of cook books (but I can't find them online). I guess look for them in your local bookstore.

Take a break and cook with internet sensation Brenda Gantt. I'm obsessed with her. It's gonna be good, y'all!!
