I'm posting his screed because I find the tone interesting. It's hard to tell tone from text, I know. But I detect a sense of fear and of his world falling apart in this post.
@LiberalLibrarian he's clearly scared. He's in uncharted territory for himself, the walls are closing in from all sides, and he's lashing out.
Plus his followers have not rallied to action which he clearly hopes for.
