Today is National Buttermilk Biscuit Day!!!
I could go for that with some white gravy, maybe a few eggs, some bacon, some more biscuits.
Or lunch could be biscuits and fried chicken.

Dinner tonight: Cicerchia beans from Rancho Gordo, braised with portobello mushrooms, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, fennel seeds, oregano, and crushed red pepper. We had this with shell pasta, Parmesan, and parsley.
