I have to share that 11 is one of your soul food brothers.
He is making his own ramen now with soft boiled eggs left over meats garlic chives Tabasco cheese and any vegetable I can force on him. All free form and delicious.
Served that with soft mozzarella strawberries and crackers last night.
Doesn't even read my TL 🤣 a natural

Someone posted about today being National Shortbread Day so even though I just made chocolate chip cookies yesterday, I had to make shortbread. I ran out of butter so added a couple large dollops of peanut butter, and tossed in a cup of chopped hazelnuts.

I cut it into pieces while it was still hot. Then I had to make sure that it was baked long enough. Then I had to do that again.

Yup. Just right.
