According to a court filing just published, prosecutors say the suspect is also responsible for swatting FBI agents in Pittsburgh, Oklahoma City, and San Antonio.
Additionally the filing cites threats he made to swat 25 Senators and the Supreme Court

Basic opsec failure. an investigator who has been defending swatt victims was able to set up a meeting on a comms app to fake plan a swat for hire, he was able to pull his IP and Username. Search warrant was issued in July, and it took 6 months to verify and pull enough to arrest
there is still others using the Torswats account. Filion might be able to get out of prison in 10-20 years if he tells all
