Judge Chutkan closed today's Trump hearing with a warning about public comments on the case, saying the more a party makes "inflammatory statements" that could taint a jury pool, the "greater the urgency will be that we proceed to trial quickly" to ensure a fair trial.

I think a more effective gag order is making sure Trump cannot use Capital letters in any social media postings, fundraising mailers or newsletters
