@phase2 Up until now, I have mostly felt insulated from the increase in disinfo over on Twitter. Mostly because I follow lists of curated accounts from The Old Days. But today even hardened OSINT people were struggling to deal with the firehose of fake postings. That place is nearly done.
@WeThePeople LOL. LAMAO.
Okay, I really want to sing the praises of the game "I Was A Teenage Exocolonist". Five stars, do recommend. Available on Steam, GOG, Itch and maybe other places.
TLDR: What looks like a cozy time-waster is actually a surprisingly compelling RPG story with moments of emotional wallop.
@TheKarlWLewis Love of a tough guy talking tough (Authoritarianism) always has a hard core of popularity pretty much everywhere.
Guardians of the Galaxy 3: You will believe a talking, foul-mouthed CGI raccoon can make you cry.

@th3j35t3r I remember when I was afraid Lindell and his crew would come up with something that looked flashy and attractive. That was quite a while back. They can't even lie effectively.
@EnochianEntropy It's less weird given the historical context, but it is a situation that should be fixed ASAP.
@kay_dub I haven't foggiest idea how the thing works if you don't subscribe to newsletters. I assumed I could see and post because I was a paying subscriber to a couple.
And a former Usenet person! Wow. Don't run into a lot of those.
@ECNC This Verge article came out and the section on moderation is...something. And has set off a discussion on the site itself.

@XaoslordErie I need to read this whole interview, but the bit where the guy just refuses to say they would cut out blatantly racists posts was...something.

@mcfate I'd like to know WTF the rules actually are, to start. For example, today I am here while connected to the VPN. No problems at all. And like other people, I like using a VPN because I'm tired of being the product. I can't avoid it all the time, but I've no intention of making it easy for ISPs. I pay for my connection, after all.
Just a guy from Texas.
