That moment when your car key falls off the key ring, hits the rod holding the screen door open, wraps around the rod and refuses to let go. Because we all want to be on our way to an appointment when this happens. Right?

That moment when one thinks they've made a neutral comment on FB and suddenly there's a firestorm from the normally sane.

Deleted comment, which removed all the comments thereafter. Pondering limiting myself strictly to writing groups on FB.

In the short time I've been here I've gotten used to decency and find needless nastiness repellant.

That was certainly an instructive interaction. 😕

I was listening to something over my Phonak ComPilot II (a computer interface between my Bluetooth hearing aid and my iPhone). Suddenly, it got taken over by someone taking to their main office. Garbage guys, maybe?

They couldn't hear me, but I sure heard them. I had to disconnect my system.

Wow, the intrusion just happened again!

Long ago and far away. Vermont bridge. #photography #iphoneography #memories

I grew up on a farm. I developed farming skills. And it’s a shame that we can’t get a place that would give us maybe a quarter of an acre that I could devote to planting vegetables and raising chickens and handling all the harvesting in slaughtering and canning. Where I live, you can grow winter crops as well as summer crafts and last year I did just that and then wage sold that place and move to this hell hole of toxic neighbors.

I live with my very elderly sister. And most of the food in the house is stuff I buy. She went out to the store today when she came back I thought she was gonna have a heart attack because eggs were six dollars a dozen. I told her to stop deep breathing because I know a place to get them by the crate. It won’t take us that long to use 60 eggs and it’s a lot cheaper. We are lucky that we are able to afford this because not everybody can. Because of my neighbors I know I’ll never have chickens.

ME VS NEIGHBORS IN AN HOA:

The day we moved in the neighbors threw a fit about the back/side area that was ours to water and mow. Nothing was good enough. Constant bitching to the board.

Contentious area now xeriscaped. Rocks and a purple sage bush.

Toxic people are their own worst enemies.

I got the app for iOS, paid for Pro. After the DNS attack it says I have cookies turned off. Nothing changed. But I can’t log in on the app.

Suggestions? Uninstall and reinstall?

I find no way to turn on/off cookies in CoSo on my phone.

A friend with a small child set up an ironing board as a standing desk for her laptop so she could get some writing in.

Me: hmmm that sounds interesting

Me part 2: I'd have to buy an ironing board.

Me part 3: Would the dog run through and get tangled in a cord if I had to plug it in?

Weather report. Yesterday it was tornado central here. I think there were six rotations, but none hit where I am in tornado alley.

Lots of injuries in the areas where structures were demolished plus missing pets and farm animals.

One hit not far from the home of a friend but she and her rescue cats are okay and she's out helping find missing animals. Early reports were 7 dead, but thankfully that was wrong.

My wee little dog was scared to death.

Last night we had violent tornadoes all around us. Lots of property damage and 7 dead in one small town.

I paid for CounterSocial pro so that I would be able to use the app and now after all the DNS a text that we’re going on against this group my app won’t work without cookies and as far as I know, I never had cookies off.

Looks like it’s going to be an interesting day
