ME VS NEIGHBORS IN AN HOA:
The day we moved in the neighbors threw a fit about the back/side area that was ours to water and mow. Nothing was good enough. Constant bitching to the board.
NEW LAND SURVEY: Surprise! The land you claimed isn't yours. Move that fence!
Contentious area now xeriscaped. Rocks and a purple sage bush.
Toxic people are their own worst enemies.
