They don’t block YouTube here because a lot of the teachers use videos in their assignments, plus their base is Google Classroom using Chromebooks. Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat are all blocked, but the “newer” sites aren’t. I can see CoSo, Post, and I’m assuming Mastadon until they figure out people are using them and start blocking on the network. 😎

Years ago I worked for a restaurant chain well-known for their pie selection. I had never heard of anyone doing that until I worked there. I’m not a fan of cheddar, so I’ve never tried it. There were people who would pour 1/2 & 1/2 on their blueberry and strawberry rhubarb pies, too.

Unfortunately, this particular school likes to dump the kids who should be in a dedicated ISS class in with the on-site virtual learners, along with a healthy dose of entire classes they couldn’t get a sub for. I truly feel sorry for the regular gal, who is an aide and not a licensed teacher, completely unfair to her.
