in prep for having houseguests for the holidays, my husband has installed the light fixture in the kitchen (that had been dangling by it's wire for 5 months), i ordered new bath towels to replace the ones that are shredding, we have been rearranging the warehouse of "spare" furniture we inherited into the semblance of a (very crowded) living room...

and now the dryer died. LOL.

chances we can replace it before we double the laundry-producers in the house next week? they seem slim. 😬
