We had fixtures updated in our kitchen sink & four bathroom sinks.

The plumber dude was so appreciative that we had removed everything under the sinks. He just about had tears in his eyes! 🤣

He said so few people actually extend that courtesy! I was surprised to hear that.

Remind me to avoid scrolling through my local NextDoor site where the most appalling FEMA conspiracy theories are proliferating like mushrooms after a heavy rain. No, I don’t live in western North Carolina where #Helene hit… I live in the eastern part of the state where we have the luxury of free time to spread complete garbage and political screeds. Yes, one or two people are collecting and transporting needed relief supplies but the vast majority are truly awful people.

Hello Nauties. It’s been an emotional roller coaster past week dealing with family and friends in East TN with hurricane. Just heartbreaking. My home town where I grew up. My immediate family is fine. Some friends are good, some lost everything and have some family missing still in Unicoi county or Ashville area. I am exhausted honestly just dealing with so many emotions this week trying to get back to a sense of normalcy. Feeling blessed for everything I have today Hurricanes suck. 👩‍🦰

One thing that working with drones made me realize is that insects are ignorant of the state of the art optics rigs they carry around effortlessly.

Kind of nuts that on top of the Hurricane mess Atlanta had to deal with the BioLab fire and horrible air quality this week. No idea if I will be a 🧟‍♀️ by Halloween now, but if we all turn please don’t kill us.😂👩‍🦰

My daughter did an event today at a gorgeous mansion in San Francisco. She gets to see lots of pretty cool places. Would love to have gone.

It’s a subtle change, but they stained the posts on the porch. Also, they’ve started interior painting. Countertops and tile start next week.

It really is my happy place. My sense of zen skyrockets when I’m there.
