Don't get me wrong, certain genres had better years individually. Example '94's list of top rock songs is way better.
Hip-hop/R&B in '04 was amazingly good, but the other genres aren't as strong.
'95 was just consistently good across every single genre.
Even when you hit the 80s and 90s of these lists there are really good songs that still hold up.

'95 was absolutely stacked across the board. Hers the top 25 for Pop, Rock, R&B/Hip-Hop, and Country.
Ronald Reagan was one of the greatest presidents because of how he handled the issue with air traffic controllers striking. They had an incredibly important job involving public safety and if those workers were too selfish to make sacrifices for the greater good, they deserved to be fired.
