You can't delete your twitter account, that option isn't really there. You can only deactivate the account.
If it stays deactivated for 30 days then the user name is released for somebody else to use (nic-jacking), but the data remains on the twitter servers.
Lock it and leave it dormant. So you can't be nic-jacked.
For those new, please understand there are big differences in the web version vs the mobile version.
The mobile version is a very good, functional, and fast app. But it does not have all of the features that are on the desktop version.
The desktop version has a lot of really cool features like the public sentiment gauge, the alerting system, CoSo realms and calls, etc.
But it's not necessary to use them.
With that said, I've used the mobile app almost exclusively since it's release.

I’m seeing the return of ‘Nauts who created accounts some time ago. That’s really nice to see.
I do hope though it’s not a whim simply because of what’s likely to happen on the 🐦. But rather, they find this community one where they feel hanging their hat is the better choice.

Really? I grew up in the 80s-90s. Every adult I ever met for 18 years told me:
1. Go to college, or waste your potential.
2. The loans will be easy/quick to pay off because of the sweet jobs available to college grads.
3. Literally ANY college degree is better than no degrees.
4, Trade School/Community College is for people who can't handle real college.
5. No college = no job, no future.
As a side note, the Halsey cover of Coulda Been Me in the kids movie, Sing 2, is a lot better than it has any business being.

What did I just find, and *why* have I been giggling about this for the last five minutes.
^^^ the cartoon doesn't come out until Feb of 2023 so the intro has to hold you over until then. Here's hoping that the cartoon itself is really good.
This intro for Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur goes so hard.
I wish more cartoons, heck visual media in general, used the full color palette. The whole intro is great, but that ten second span from 0:30 to 0:40 is absolutely magical.
