@Klaatu_Veratta_Nectarine How did you cook them? I tried to fry some yesterday; came out kind of rubbery. Tasted steak-like, but compressed so tightly, needed a knife to slice. I chalked it up to cooking it too high or just totally wrong; a horribly failed experiment 😁
Hubs tried to eat them to not hurt my feeings, but after watching his face, I took his plate & fried him some pork chops🤣My dogs ate good though🤷♀️
