How in comedy's name have I never seen kids in the hall? Now I'm watching death comes to town, which is the comedy trip getting back together, and I never saw any of The originals nor heard of them.

I think it's kind of like I never start following musicians I really love until they've been dead for 10 years.

I have finally changed my AVI to a character for MU which I've used as my name here rather than my photo. The Japanese and Korean term mu or Chinese wu - in Buddhism, especially Zen traditions.

Everything & no-thing.

Strange New World's Captain Pike reminds me so much of Kirk's mannerisms - I was confused.

Lt. Kirk comes aboard at the end of the first episode, looking nothing like our good ol' J. Tiberius Kirk.

I'm going to be bummed that eventually Pike will go away and this other guy will play Kirk.

Good morning my friends. End of coffee, time for dog-ball. And I have to go move a bunch of silent auction stuff to our annual county Dem gala.

We have some nice stuff donated and you can bid here if you wish. (At least I think this will work).

Now they're sounding the alarm bells about the deficit.
Their solution: Gut Medicare & take away your Social Security so the 1% and corporations can keep their tax cuts.'

My favorite Puerto Rican coffee, so far. Since Maria decimated the coffee plantations in Puerto Rico most coffee is imported and then processed in Puerto Rico. They have replanted much of their plantations but it takes three or four years to come to maturity only recently are small harvests taking place. One such coffee plantation I visited was El Gran Batey. Like most, a family business squeaking by on tourist visits who buy a couple pounds of true PR coffee at a time as I did.

FYI - Seems like the MSNBC feed has been fubar for a while now. It doesn't load for me. The others are okay.

Y’all don’t even know me. Don’t even follow me. But the support, the human kindness when I just posted something that hurts my heart? This is what “social media” could & can be. ❤️ Thank you.

Good morning all, enjoy your day! And also - see ya later folks.
Big day. I have to fit the basement cleanup and sterilization into the todays must-do deck painting job. Primer today, paint tomorrow.
Hasta tarde! 🤙 Hang loose.

Okay I've got flow, closed everything up, I'll clean this crap up off the walls and in the utility sink tomorrow. Power wash with bleach solution. Vac running to suck it up. Cleans the and sanitizes vac line too. 🤢

Not nearly as bad as I seen it before. Now I got to run an empty load or 2 with some bleach.

But the real fun of it is, it backed up through the washing machine drain and dumped shit water into it. I got to put a one-way valve on that.

Hey my fun afternoon is grouting the tile on my new shower in the back bedroom. Then wandering downstairs 2 floors into the basement to discover that it's spring time and the sewer backed up again - flooding portions of the basement. So I rigged a 5 gal. dropout 4 vacuum & sucked the snot up. Now after a beer & some nuts I have to go root the sewer out so that I can actually fucking clean up tonight. (I've been here 20 years in a 120 year old house, this has happened before, I've got a system.)

And since my Dylan Hurricane worked, here is With God on Our Side. But I can't get it to play "en toot". 🤔 ...until I posted a second time... will figure this out... random behavior makes me nuts.

Bob Dylan - With God on Our Side [MTV Unplugged Rehearsal, 1994] youtu.be/BYU0mFtKvXw via @YouTube

Actually tried embedding first, that triggered an error, then tried something else and it just put the link in, then I "shared to twitter", copied it and pasted in a toot -- that worked, so posted it, but then I'd forgotten the hashtag and had to "delete and re-draft" - another fine feature of CoSo.

I really like them to play "en-toot" in my CoSoMusic pinned column. Keeps the tab number down.
