Just the opposite end of sucking up as usual. I suppose somewhere in the middle or ignoring them all together.

The square footage they estimated is ~30% larger than the actual area of tile. Extras and add-ons that are unneeded. And they will destroy the subfloor and charge her extra to fix that because they won't be able to pull up the Hardie board without screwing up the half inch decking.

Good morning all get your #coffee and start the day. Yesterday I pulled baseboards for a friend who's having LVP installed because the very nice tile in her kitchen makes her feet and legs hurt. She knows I could have installed it but went to Costco and had a bid/ quote prepared. I reviewed it and I'm just incensed and about to go to Costco and kneecap somebody. They're taking advantage of a 72-year-old lady who has no idea. Made her pay all up front. Wouldn't commit in writing to hauling away.

Who do we know is the broke grandson of a brothel owner and son of a slumlord?

He was one of several ambassadors for a Nature's Educators fundraiser at my local pub a couple days ago. Here's a couple of the others. A barn owl, and a unique red-tailed hawk. He's darker than most - on his chest. And yes they are all rescues.
