@Kurtroedeger @Klaatu_Veratta_Nectarine There's a lot to pick from but since this thread started with good fusion here's my favorite of that variety. PDX has a food cart culture that has evolved into multi vendor buildings with multiple dining options under a common roof. The best of these is The Zipper and their szechuan fusion spot Basilisk has a fried chicken sandwich that is legendary, but my favorite are the Dan Dan Fries!
@Kurtroedeger @Klaatu_Veratta_Nectarine There was a food cart on the Portland State University campus that did only fries - might still be there - and did them many ways. Cheese, poutine, peanut butter and jelly, sausage gravy. But nothing better than the Dan Dan fries.
