It's feeling like a "lay on the couch and binge Hoarders" kinda day......

One of my cats (Aslan) HATES the smell of lotion. Any lotion. Even "unscented" lotion.

His acts like he is personally offended, any time I apply lotion. lol His reactions to unscented aren't as severe as scented, but he still scrunches his face and runs away...lol #CoSoCats

@GaryPoole Yeah...I guess my public avoiding self needs to actually GO INTO a store to check these things out....Like a "normal" person....lol Hnnnggg.

I am sleeping so terribly. I really need to get some new pillows and a nice mattress topper, but have no idea where to start. There's so many out there! And they can be pricey. Hate to waste my money...

@lifeinthePNW I do this, far too often. Or, when I've been reading paperbacks for awhile, when I swap back to Kindle, I try to actually turn a page...lol

I did not make muffins yesterday, cause I ended up spending an hour cleaning up sick doggo poo. All over the kennel, his bedding, the wall, the floor....Bleck. All while Hubbs sat in bed on his phone, then took a shower. 😡

So, I decided he no longer has ANY say in if/when I get another dog, and plan to squirrel away some money, so I can get another one when *I* am ready.

Hmph. lol

I forgot to change the time on the coffee pot yesterday, so I woke up an hour early to the smell of coffee today.

*sigh* Stupid time change is stupid!

I think I might make some blueberry muffins today...

Slept like poo. I am 100% gonna nap today. All day.

Man....Teenage daughters are a species unto their own....I'm not convinced Imma survive the next 4 years.... #Parenting

She told my brother he was "selfish" for moving to Arizona for drug treatment. This was AFTER our Ma died, and he'd been there everyday to help her, take her to appointments and even moved 2 houses down, so he could be close....lol

So, my Gran died last year (Sept 2022), I am sure she had a will, she wasn't the type of lady to not have one.

If I was supposed to inherit something, anything, and it was in the will, I would have heard by now right?

I hadn't seen or spoken to her in about 6-7 years when she died, so I wouldn't at all be surprised if she had written me out. She was a vindictive bitch. lol I also wouldn't be surprised if my miserable Aunt is withholding cause she too, is a vindictive bitch.

I've a pot on the stove, with cloves, apple slices, cinnamon sticks and vanilla, bubbling away and hot damn does my house smell great!!!

Ordered yarn so I can finish some Christmas gifts. I actually got a great deal at Joanns! 20% off my entire order, plus $2.99 shipping! I only paid $23 for 6 balls of the Lion Brand Hometown yarn. That stuff is usually over $6/a ball! :)

Now....how long till it shows up? lol Joanns is notorious for extra long shipping times....

Went to give my coffee creamer a good shake this morning, neglecting to make sure the cap was on tight.....

Peppermint creamer....everywhere! lol I need to wash my robe now....

Today, I shall put away the Halloween decorations, while I listen to the rain and wind.
