I bought my first house for $62K (2B 1B). Current one for $146K (4B 2.5B, granny flat). I was a social worker when I bought the first.

Cosmic Jr moved back home when the bank laid him off, got a new job, but a 1B apartment would cost him more than my mortgage. He's got a down payment saved but only rentals in a sea of starter homes. I'd downsize but I'd just have less space with little gain.

I don't need a TV show. Everyone's life gets stuck when one generation's does.

Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) is on Fox talking about bringing fistfights and duels back to Congress to "get respect".

Will he be bringing his box along? Cause he's yet another big talking little feller in lifts. When did this become a thing, anyway?
