I've been driving in MI for 23 years & I married into a family that does ag hauling, so here's my best #winterdriving advice:

1. Slow down. The speed limit is for clear, dry pavement. Snow =/= clear OR dry.

2. The fastest safe speed differs for each car and driver. Don't let someone tailgate you into going faster than YOU can control YOUR vehicle.

3. Four wheel drive will not help you stop. SLOW. DOWN.

4. Watch semis. They see further than you. If they suddenly slow down, join them.
