Considering #MedicareAdvantage plans? My mother-in-law had a hip fracture and WE paid over $10,000 to get her through the rehab that the hospital required but her #MedicareAdvantage plan wouldn’t cover. We said we’d rather pay for her to go back on traditional #Medicare and supplement plan but she now had a “pre-existing condition” and couldn’t go back. She was also out of luck when she needed medical care while traveling out of network. Please research your options, and those for loved ones.

The second would require ratification of the ERA and would also codify the majority of LGBTQ rights with respect to adoption, marriage, etc.

The first isn't what you think, but it does include many healthcare concerns - we need to establish a Constitutional right to data privacy. Not to be bought, sold, and analyzed without consent or affirmative legislation.

Use of data should be the exception, not the default.
