3 weeks ago there were devastating floods in Valencia 🇪🇸 that killed over 216 people and many more are still missing.

Late yesterday as I was deleting my clients accounts on X I saw alerts & clips of the life threatening floods in the southern region of Malaga. I check the news feed from the Spanish newspaper this morning and the video clips of the damage are just as bad as North Carolina.

Climate will not wait for us to change, it will change our lives permanently!

Long day.
At a Family gathering this weekend.

The purpose is to pass on knowledge of traditional Puerto Rican holiday dishes to the next generation and remember those who will not be at our celebration this holiday season.

At one point i excused myself to go to the bathrooom and cry. Just a week ago we were called trash. This week working in the kitchen were teachers, nurses, cops, public defenders, a doctor, grad students, middle & high school students being of service to others.
