White Pizza (no red sauce)
Bacon
Chives
Mashed potato

@0x56: I'd pass on the chives, as I am not a fan of the things. That is, however, a most minor quibble. I would substitute fresh rough-chopped parsley.

Thin crust, right?

@thedisasterautist - I'm from the New Haven area. There is no other valid crust.

@0x56

Add an egg and some cheese to the mashed spuds and bake them into a crispy base for the bacon, chives, and white/pale gravy. 100% pizza. 🍕🥔

@0x56

I'm open to an alternative ingredient that will make it hang together. Maybe a bit of flour given the moisture in the mash?

Dammit. Now I'm going to have to try this!

@Vanitas If you add a little cheese into the mash and then cook it in a skillet you can get a decent crust but you probably want to serve the pizza *in* the skillet like a deep-pan pie.

I'm thinking of making it quite thin, but yes, fry in skillet first for crisp and nice shape. Then... Hear me out... Freeze it, then top it, bake it.

@0x56 honestly it doesnt sound that off to me.

I'd try it at least once to find out. 👍
