Mindfulness and pain 🧘♀️
I have practiced various mindful techniques on this recent bought of pain (sciatic) -- physical pain (for me) is the hardest to transform. Meditation to blur your edges (you become a field of energies as opposed to confined to a body (Sam Harris uses this a lot.)
Blurring is easy and relaxing.. Blurring pain is harder but have had some success << but its hard work...which goes back to my saying, managing pain is exhausting.

I've had fun with sciatica. There are stretches you can do that help, if you haven't resorted to that already.

I have tried that for pain, degenerative disk disease and osteoarthritis. With an open mind.
No luck. So, back to codeine sulfate and constipation🤷♀️
