Update:
I am feeling pain now from this tumor. Not the lump itself but surrounding muscle spasms & it's making my nerve (the BAD one) worse. I just went back In flexeril and gabapentin.
Intake appointment at brain/spine surgery place Monday morning.
I'm still positive about this being benign.
I missed my mindful session last night. Too exhausted. But I must practice tonight. It's has help a LOT to keep me from freaking out or massive anxiety.
π§ββοΈππβοΈπ©· This π is much easier to do now. π
@Vanitas ty π It is early in the morning (7:30) - this is with the PA. She will evaluate and get history. I'm hoping the do an mri... I want to know what this is attached to before surgery.
And if it's a fatty lipoma I still want a spine/neuro surgeon to do it π
@ucantstop_me sending you lots of metta and peaceful vibes.
@ucantstop_me Yes, I hope itβs benign, but Iβm sorry you have pain to deal with. Iβm glad practicing mindfulness has helped ease your anxiety.
@MonaT thanks and yes, Mindfulness is remarkable.
@ucantstop_me π Hoping for subsiding pain and shrinking lump so neighboring muscles can relax. Sending Peace and quiet to you. ππΌππΌππΌ
@ACG2 yep that's exactly part of what's happening. Muscles do not like foreign objects.
Considering my bad nerve has flared up, I wonder if this cause compression on my nerve all along.
@ucantstop_me
Sending gentle waves of comforting thoughts. Come on Monday!
