States can't determine what kind of gun control they enact.
Government tax dollars can fund religious institutions.
Abortion is not a right.
And we're on the verge of: If you protest in a way the government disapproves of, you can be denied rights.

And what else is on the table?

Oh, and someone pointed this one out to me from earlier this month:

"The majority opinion narrowed (but didn't eliminate) the ability to sue a federal official for damages for a constitutional violation.

...considerations of national security and foreign affairs that are endemic to immigration enforcement and immigration issues are always going to make it improper for a damages action to go forward."

So, you won't be able to sue border patrol agents.
